复现步骤：
前提条件：在同一个项目下
1.用户userA创建了云脑任务taskA
2.在taskA入库之前，用户userB也尝试使用相同任务名taskA创建同类型云脑任务
3.userB新建任务失败，页面会报错提示
期望结果：提示语准确
实际结果：提示“您已经创建了同名任务，系统处理中，请您稍候。”。但实际上不是userB创建的，是其它用户创建的
建议优化提示语。比如可以去掉主语，改成“同名任务已经被创建，...”。
通过验证。提示语为 “同名任务已经被创建，系统处理中，请您稍候。”
