#5194 智算GPU调试任务提交镜像时会打包/pretrainmodel目录下的.pretrainmodel_cache_file

复现步骤：
前提条件：智算GPU调试任务

  1. 新建任务taskA时候选择了模型modelA，执行prepare()成功后模型根目录下会生成标记文件.pretrain_cache_file
  2. 在taskA的容器内提交镜像imageA
  3. 新建任务taskB时选择了镜像imageA，未选择模型。进入容器后查看模型目录
    期望结果：空
    实际结果：
    1.有标记文件 .pretrainmodel_cache_file。会导致在taskB的容器内执行c2net库的prepare()方法后，不会加载模型。
    2.有空文件夹modelA。（已知bug #4876 ）

c2net包版本0.1.8，已经作了优化：若/tmp/pretrainmodel目录是空的，则不生成标记文件.pretrain_cache_file。
