新建重名云脑2训练任务时报错Failed to clone repository

新建云脑2训练任务时，若任务名称已经存在，新建会报错：Failed to clone repository。
提示消息与实际原因不符合，建议改下。

已修复，可测试

后端报错消息改成了：“创建任务失败，任务名称已存在！”
通过测试，关闭此单。
