启智切换智算后，调试任务时无法选择GPU:0

问题描述

调试任务时，可能并不需要使用GPU，但现在智算集群里使用英伟达GPU时只有A100和V100（都是需要消耗积分的），而没有GPU:0的选项。之前启智时是有这个选项的。
麻烦把GPU:0的选项添加回来，感谢！

智算不是openi的吧，是外面的集群，人家好像没给😂😂😂
