需要从huggingface迁移4944个1G大小的tar分片文件到openi，总大小不到5T
仓库是private仓库，https://huggingface.co/datasets/fishaudio/hifi-8000h/tree/main
希望迁移到https://openi.pcl.ac.cn/zzc0208/8000h_dataset/datasets
目前想到一个方案是填写直链，openi数据集服务器直接下载直链，望提供技术支持
