问题描述

NPU智算训练任务停止后结果下载一直显示文件同步中，请稍后。
已经将相关输出保存到/cache/output/目录下，任务failed或者手动停止后，点击结果下载一直显示文件同步中，请稍后
后续在运行代码中添加了uploadOutput = env_to_openi(train_dir,args.model_url) 后，任务failed或者手动停止后，仍然未得到解决
