使用NPU资源时无法使用自定义镜像

问题描述

创建使用使用 NPU 资源的任务时无法使用自定义镜像。

期望解决

目前ascend已经支持2.2.0版本的pytorch以及其他框架，但可选镜像只有固定的几个。希望能够像创建 GPU任务一样可以自定义镜像，提供更大的灵活性，官方仅提供的几个固定镜像必然不可能满足所有人的需求，每次执行都需要重新配置环境实在麻烦了些。
