日志显示窗口太小

问题描述

当前训练模式下，查看log的时候，log窗口太小，只能看到10行的内容，看起来很费劲。如下图所示：

期望的解决方案或建议

在log标签附近添加一个窗口，点击后，可以以一个占据页面的大窗口来显示日志内容。

还有一点是，训练的log在没有训练完成时，就不能下载日志进行查看。这个功能我觉得也是比较迫切的，因为训练的过程中，大家一般比较关心训练的状况，根据训练情况来调参，如果不能及时方便的查看log，会带来较大不便。望考虑~
