启智集群的任务简况通常是白板

启智集群模型训练的时候任务简况通常是白板，是干啥用的。

期望的解决方案或建议

两个集群的使用上建议对齐，缩小用户的迁移成本。（很多用户都只习惯使用启智集群，而不会选用智算集群。宁可干等着排队，也不愿意迁移到智算集群上进行训练，不知道是不是觉得迁移成本大的缘故。）

启智集群GPU训练任务和推理任务一开始运行就fail，运行简况信息会显示在日志页签。
