取消启智集群GPU训练任务详情页面任务运行简况页签，将运行失败时的简况加到日志里

1、取消运行简况页签。
2、运行失败时把运行简况加到日志里面。

启智gpu推理的，已经加上。

当前这一版改善了一类场景：任务一开始运行就fail，运行简况信息会显示在日志页签。
后续还要继续优化。
遗留问题：
