【优化】上传数据集文件时 会新增一个页签

2.新增数据集
3.上传数据集文件时每次都会新增一个页签

1.每次能直接在一个界面内上传数据集文件不用新增页签上传文件较多时影响用户体验

一次可以上传多个文件的，新开一个页面还算正常的交互吧~

此issue将关闭，若有问题请重提issue。
